War of darkians - destruction -> can not be completed

i received this report:

"I had completed every level in a campaign called war of darkians but in that there is a level called destruction the thing is I defeated all enemies and buildings and it still doesn't let me win the game is stuck and nothing happens no matter what I do."

anyone have idea why? or have idea how to fix?

Tried once in version 1.160. Win in turn 14. No triggers involved within this map. Everything seems fine. I don't know.
