False Slinger Descriptions IMPLEMENTED

Slinger and it's upgrade Heavy slinger has a saying in both it's description that they have miss chance.
This is probably due to it's recent mechanics (Probably). It seems slingers had miss chance before.

Remove the false information please. Might confuse new players.

ok i have fixed, in all translations too - was funny editing non spoken languages lol :)
