Let's Develop a Tournament Standard balance state!

I've been doing a lot of tests, and I think one of the biggest things holding us back is that there doesn't seem to be a concrete state of the game that is balanced for truly competitive play. I have some really innovating thoughts for how to achieve this, and I'mm using this forum as an attempt to connect with a developer, and introduce my test results, and some easy fixes, that could develop room for the very competitive players to come in!
( That's my market, I host cash prize tournament events for competitive gamers.)
I'll use this game as the platform if we can get a balance state for Tournament play!
