Talking about the "real" bombers here, such as Jet bomber and Artillery aircraft. (Not necessarily Moth as it's a stealth unit, thus already effective.)
These planes seem a little too weak for their cost of 8 turns. Such expensive bombers should at least be able to annihilate the basic production buildings, and to cause more trouble to megas. Right now they make no sense to produce as there are stronger and cheaper ground alternatives, plus AA units give good control.
So, I suggest buffing the bonus % vs buildings, mega buildings, and slightly vs vehicles too.

I didn't like how strong the bombers were in AoWw, the whole game seemed to revolve around air.

That's true. But right now they are absolutely useless. What I mean is, why having those units if it doesn't make any sense to build them? Maybe try at least a small buff? They won't get OP due to the superb AA stats, I'm sure.

Bombers are usually specialising in destroying buildings, though tanks should also get severely damaged. And as bombers can't just be effective vs everything, they should be a waste vs infantry (as is) which can e.g. hide in bunkers.Should strategic bombers be factory killers or blast swaths of infantry?
