Vile bomber IMPLEMENTED

Vile bombers are not affective. Too slow and expensive.
Advise incease speed or reduce cost.

Might be too much though if the dmg of self explosion gets buffed too (see explosive materials topic).

On trick that was neat in earlier versions was the ability to carry vile bombers on dragonflies and drop them behind ennemy lines. Was worthwhile vs ai only, and only when the vb could blast more than once while burrowed.
