For the image, give alphas raptor like traits, different colour (grey maybe?), and longer legs with a big claw and all.

I feel like the grey may not be the best colour. The look a bit robotic with it. Also the open mouths look a bit funny - maybe draw the closed and perhaps they can have one tooth stick out of the mouth or smt.

I like the colour of their scales. Are their teeth red tho? I would replace the red with the brown and keep just the white, maybe move the second closer to the first one.
