as of now only 2 are implemented:

The drummers:

Have a small cohesion aura around them.

The Bicycle scout:

A speedy scout with the ability to capture TCs.

And another one is on it's way - the flag bearer.
As of now it is planned to be able to convert units and have a larger cohesion aura than the drummers, as well as an ability to buff a certain unit with a double action.
