Will the helicopter cruiser also be able to spawn at least one helicopter?

Okay. Compare that to independce class carrier that Costs 5 turns, kills 3 planes a turn and spawns 4 planes.okay, it's a mega building.
But there might be a niche for an helicopter Carrier that is not a mega building. Useful to Attack Islands, Land troops, etc.
