I want to get extra tag that you can set for auras which will prevent them from affecting units around once unit with this aura inside any type of carrier unit — tc, wagon, transport ship and so on.

I find it quite reasonable.
Any kind of ability, that would fit to be restricted in case of being garrisoned cannot be restricted if it's made as aura.
Just like units with spec "no attack if garrisoned".
To tell an example - if some unit had aura dealing instant damage to adjacent enemies it would be quite logical to add such spec if aura would represent physical damage.
Such option would also be great as strictly balancing tool.
E.g. giving it to Coolguy unit, it could finally be made free of restricted access to buildings with garrisons (which block it's way).
Any kind of ability, that would fit to be restricted in case of being garrisoned cannot be restricted if it's made as aura.

i thought other way: to prevent effecting untis inside a carrier. (so aura owner is outside the carrier)

That makes sense too.
But just as carrier could protect from some auras, it should also prevent some auras from affecting units outside.
Just like another case - aura affecting only units carried (my request for spec).

My idea for this is next:
Legionaries for example have aura range 1 for extra armor to other legionaries.
But how legionaries inside for example tower with 4 carry capacity can cover legionary outside of the forementioned tower?
I am planning similar auras for imperials in aof and such abuse of those auras might give way too much stats.
Another example is that leader units affect with extra morale their units only when they are directly presented on the field and you can see them or their banner. Not when this leader unit is hiding inside wagon/tower/castle as a coward.

i see buti would not touch it before unity version is ready. aura handling is (among some others) is a nightmare
