Russian and American gun cannot move

The American and Russian gun are blocked in mountains, forest and desert.

I think that makes sense and is realistic

This problem was partially solved and no unit should be stuck moving malus could be applied but preventing the move of a unit is just not realistic since even gun can be carried by troops in the mountain
