9K31 strela-1

The 9K31 Strela-1 is an anti-aircraft defense system developed by the Soviet Union. It receives the designation SA-9 "Gaskin" from NATO. Mounted on top of an armored BRDM-2, it fires 9M31 surface-to-air missiles.
