V.B.B 4X4

Post by BrenoHenrique »

This vehicle was designed for a crew of 4 men, with a fully national rotating tower cast by Fundições Alliperti, and machined by Avanzi, in SAE 5160 class steel, having a support system on three bearings and an independent rack fixed to the car roof. It was armed with a 37mm cannon and .30 machine gun on the hull and a .50 machine gun on the turret. Driven by a Mercedes Benz diesel engine, 200hp mounted on its rear, the axles, differentials and gearbox also being Mercedes Benz. A curiosity is that Mercedes Benz had to develop an out-of-center differential system to meet this project. The carcass was made at Trivelato, while the transfer and traction box by Engesa. The radiators by the Beehive, the filters by MANN, the hydraulic steering by ZF, the optical devices (periscopes) by DF Vasconcelos and other components from the automotive industries installed in Brazil.

Probably wont be added. They have so much stuff imported from other nations,But just a few Brazilian-made stuff.Even if it will be added, will be merged with another nation.Or if we decide adding smaller nations we have no problem with it.
