new update uos already
i kinda ruined (hopefulyl not) all level ups and techs requirements.
i have reworked its usage and modders can set them from a new file (see moders lounge yesterday topic)

Sorry, do you if the fact that French tanks are not buildable in nato faction and also why we cannot use fully the big transport airplane such as C-130?

Hello! Sorry if you cannot build them currently except in Cities which they're now map-editor only making the French tanks fully map-editor only now. In the future, when NATO and WTO have sufficient units and unit typed, they could be buildable. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Regarding the C-130, I'll just copy-paste my response to Belfry earlier here...
"Hello! You could long press then drag the transport trucks within the airport to the brown arrow on the top left portion of the "dialogue" box. You could do this to other units within a carrier unit to move them outside the carrier unit.
To move a unit inside a carrier unit that is also inside a carrier unit (e.g. transport truck in a TC), simply long press on a unit (e.g. infantry) that you'd like to move to the carrier unit (e.g. tranport truck), then drag it towards the carrier unit."
If this is not the case, what is the issue that makes the C-130 not fully usable then?
