2021-05-10 version 0.15pre-b

New units/techs:Los-Angeles class Submarine, Watchtower, Brazilian Riflemen, and Large Oil Truck thanks to BrenoHenrique
Change:DEFCON Levels have replaced AoW's Industry Levels
Change:Riflemen can no longer start construction of airports, shipyards, and some more structures
Change:Strela-1 and M50 Ontos have an attack range of two now

Change:BMP-1, BMP-2, M113 APC, and the target icon are reskinned
New terrain decor:Oil fields (Oil wells are now limited to being buildable at this terrain only)
Change:Some buildings will take longer to finish construction now
Change:Communications Station can reveal some enemy positions now
Change:BRDM-2 can occupy buildings now
Change:Chinese builder units can construct buildings faster than other nations now
Change:Most aircrafts can no longer attack ground units through normal attack, and their attack power is also reduced
Change:Planes have reduced sight now
Change:Watchtower can detect stealth units within its sight range now
Change:Light tanks have added suppressive fire
Change:M113 APC now has two carry capacity, and can slowly heal units inside it

New Multiplayer Scenario Map:Europe in WW3 1962 (Conquest)
Change:Nuclear attacks inflict fear and would burn anything that is affected by the blast

- updated shoplist spell (like clone unit) handling
- updated maps definition json.
- in modded mode all texts are read from others/strings.xml
