Alexander supervision on AOF changes

There are many good forumers who help in balancing and improving the game, that makes me very happy! Thanks!

I have discussed with @Alexander82 and we agreed in this

All forumers can change things but with Alexanders supervision, so
1. feel free to make any json or image modifications (based on forum topics),
2. but send it to Alexander
3. and he will forward it to me to be put in

also we need a well experienced modder for AOF for some modifications in AOF, please write here or email me if you feel to be one and having a few hours to make those changes.

Talked to Alexnader and he said from now he can be very active on forum, so please get back to the system of Alexander is being acceptor on everything that goes into game.

Also please use discord only for other discussions, or to run a specific argument, but every unit suggestion and argument result needs to be posted on this forum so Me and Alexander can see it - thanks!
