Fiat 2000 IMPLEMENTED
The Fiat 2000 was an Italian super heavy tank designed and produced by Fiat during the First World War. Only two were built, as it never went into series production. It was one of the greatest designs of its time. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiat_2000

and actually it's a tank that's only heavy and can't do anything.
