Gargoyle addition.
Gargoyle addition.
Here I drew a few gargoyles, if anyone wishes, you can make adjustments to my images and draw your own.
Re: Gargoyle addition.
A heavy gargoyle, possibly obsidian, or a dark stone with purple crystals.

Plain average goghoul with average capabilities. Most likely marble or granite. He knows exactly how to fly, has average capabilities.

Re: Gargoyle addition.
Light gargoyle. Perhaps it should be repainted, at the moment it is either glass or dumortierite. I think she must be fragile, fast and maybe a little magician

Light Slate Gargoyle. In my opinion it should be a cheap fast and weak option.

I like that, what about make it more shaded though?

Re: Gargoyle addition.
Do you mean to make it entirely darker, or do you mean better shadow detail?

Re: Gargoyle addition.
I do not see any team color on them.

Re: Gargoyle addition.
I will make the team color when the image is completely finished.
Re: Gargoyle addition.
These would be nice additions. Btw, instead of just different gargoyles made of different material, what if you used different material as a means of upgrading the gargoyles armour and possibly health?
Re: Gargoyle addition.
different materials have different properties, which is why gargoyles look different, I like it more than the same gargoyles from slate, then marble, then obsidian.
Re: Gargoyle addition.
Darkened the shale gargoyle.

Re: Gargoyle addition.
I drew another gargoyle. The idea is that it consists of krisalls. But if this is already too much, then I will repaint.

Re: Gargoyle addition.
Yes there will be several different gargoyle units with different stats and properties instead of upgrading.

Re: Gargoyle addition.
I don't know about that Crystal one, it seems rather unclear. Maybe just stick with stones.
B tw, here's some looks you can try your hand at making: (you don't have to use them all but generally it's just inspiration)

Re: Gargoyle addition.
To be honest, I thought to draw 3-4 pieces. Here's another gargoyle, I don't know what material to come up with for it, looks like a mount.

If the team color is not enough, then I can recolor the horns and eyes for this gargoyle

Re: Gargoyle addition.
Hi,
@Anchar
Idk if its my screensetting or yours, but your designs are generally too low contrast and too low saturation making them hard to recognize.
ijust put all you gargoyles with higher contrast and different saturaion on display for you to judge yourself.
Also you are inconsistent wiht your outlines. pls be consistent. the black outline is very important to distinglish units and terrain.
i know some others units are also not consistent but pls pay more attention to that!
patroid
That aside your designs are quiet good- they need some refinement wich i havent done on any of those but its a good start!

Re: Gargoyle addition.
It looks really better. Did you just change the colors by making the bright ones brighter and the dark ones darker, or do you have a special contrast parameter in the program? As for the outline, I did not select all the images because I was afraid that some parts would merge with each other, and clumsy pixels would also be highlighted.

Hi,
@Anchar I just moved the conrast slider slightly to the right and also moved the brightness slider to the right by a slightly lower amount. thats about it. It could be that i moved the saturationslider a tiny bit ehre and there but i dont really remember.
@Alexander82 Well i didnt really do anything here. i just pasted allin , changed the sliders and added a proper outline. was like 10 mins of time.
