basic stats if this is neutral building can be copied from tc's.
maybe even with ability to occupy it but with 1 carry capacity and no healing.

I can make it similar but I can't exactly copy the town hall because it doesn't have anything in the the folder.

Alright I can find a better sprite for the orc templar the shaman and necromancer are not well stablished maybe just make a rogue wizard that didnt liked to go to school, thek for the viking it should be either very strong or high attack for the mecrenary centaurs well they dint seem all that very hard to develop, the dark elf should be somekind of stealth unit or so

For the minotaur it should be really tanky and not so tremendous damage we can also make human brigands with specialities like high counters to something
