Dwarf engineer and dwarf warsmith need changes - ANSWERED

Both cost the same but the warsmith has higher mend rate, can build the same things, is affected by blacksmith upgrades. Over all the war Smith is far better then the engineer, please lower the engineers cost or make him be the only one who can construct zepplin carriers and the such.
