I remember playing a game in which there were musketmen riding on horses. Might be false but would be a cool unit.

muskets were too heavy and long to be shooted on horseback.
btw tehre were other options like carbines and dragoons(the unit dragon has its name by the firearm)
carbine cavalry will be the upgrde for mounted arquebuisers

Dragoons and mounted arquebusiers did exist i already made a sprite for the arquebus i think theres anotjer ome for the dragoon
