Well cataphracts are several hundred years away from the time period we are going for in AOD. So we should focus a lot less on units like knights. We just want a few to show the transition from medieval to renaissance. With your foot knight unit, it also has no plate armour, just mail. For heavy infantry in the late 15th century that is not enough, try to make images accurate to sources you can find from the time periods.
