At first its стрелец from word стрелять (shoot) ===> their main weapon was musket (пищаль, но это не важно), and axe (бердыш) was secondary weapon, +they had saber as 3rd weapon...
At second why its 32×32 and not 3 units?

sure we can do it as well, also remember to link images instead of uploading them so you dont consume the server resources.

and for pikemen i said something like this

About cavalry units...i think they sure have 2 "units" instead of 3. Mounted units are bigger and they could fit better in that way

Amm its not strelets (стрельцы) (because strelets from word стрелять (shoot)) this is copeishiki (копейщики (spearmans or pikeman) from word копьё (spear or pike)), and i don't doubt (i dont know) but they was first line units, and also wielded shields, hmm i found this ImageImage

we can make 2 units sure, thx for the correction, well according to what have i read from some battles teh russians did use pikemen and pikes require discipline so i tought about pikemen.

even though the guys on the image look more militia like to me, keep in mind the streltsy are 1500-1700
