Minutemen:
Bad name for them, only applies to American revolutionaries, and they fought against the English.

Something more generic such as musket milita would be better, available from the start I guess?

I am starting a new topic for milita available to everyone, this is getting a bit messy :D

Musket was used since 16th century, in other words not from the vrry start.
Pike militia and pike levies could be trainable from the start. I made stats for them, and posted them at generic units topic. There are some other units dont have stats

these are HRE/German units, but I didn't know where to post. I know we don't need them yet but I made it and decided it might be useful for later

Imperial Ritter (Knights), replace the late knight for the Holy Roman Empire. They were free nobles whose direct overlord was the Emperor, and were called very often to war, earning significant influence within the army. I think they should have some special feature to reflect the uniqueness of the HRE, but we can decide on that later.
