Make musket units having extra damage. Will start the feeling of charging against line infantry is like charging a wall

At the beginning, they are meant to be weak. Once you invest and upgrade them to line infantry and so on they will be much more dominant

mmh, btw we will add officers spells for formations to buff and nerf some stats

oh right now i got some ideas:
1. formations will be an spell for officers
2. formations will be remobable with other formations
3. disoriented and artillery fire will remove some formations
4. broken status (i will be working on this eventually) will remove formations too
5. all formations have advantages and disadvantages on stats
6. all formations will last one turn, so killing officers will be very anoying, and some agents like assasain will be worth using

The pikemen are meant to be in the center and the musketeers in each corner

Tercio as a unit is ok tho. Just pikeman with musket shot ability

As others have said, hard if not impossible to implement, and annoying for the players to use

Simplified pike and shot unit could work. Pike unit with musket shot ability. Then officer can apply "tercio" ability on that unit only.

Well, we want pikes and muskets to be separate units, but I guess some hybrids could exist. Of course, they would be weaker at both things than specialist units are.

it could work, but it would be worse than pikemn dealing with cavalry, and would have less abilitypower
