Unlocks rocket units and probably rocket launch abilities of some other units.
Extra notes about rocket weapons, probably already proposed but may worth mentioning some of them:
- Processes even lower accuracy unlike other ballistic weapons, but not a very big problem if the target is a large object, like buildings or larger ships.
- High chance setting fire on its victims.
- Splash damage (since it is explosive.)
- High bonuses vs buildings and even better vs large ships.
