Watchman tower sounds very similar to watch tower...
The idea is ok,but the name should be changed to not make misunderstanding

Or change the watch tower name to scouting tower to not change thr name of watchman tower?

Fortified sounds more like an upgrade
Scouting tower doesnt fit the role of watch tower(deffensive role)
Scounting tower fits better to the role off watchman tower since it xan see stealth units and traps
Also, i would make it less deffensive and more supporting
More sight, less attack and range
If it is a medieval structure why its not aviable from medieval era?
