Since the latest Gplay update, some players (including me) have experienced that their notifications for this game to take their turns were being alarmed when no turns were available to play after opening multiplayer games.

go into "running games i am already in" section and you will see the games it indicates.
in theory you should not have games only on server -
please tell me if you find out which games were these and tell me how had u deleted from phone so only on server existed (in theory you can not delete games until it is finished or you already lost)

if you find out how i can try fixing it if it is a bug.

I have one game from 200 days ago that for me was stuck on Samuelch's turn (kept showing 24h till skip after all this time) so I can't delete it. I am resigning from many previous games already.

sorry i must have misunderstood what you wrote

in theory:
- the "your turn" notifies you only if it is your turn in at least one game on the server
- there can be games tough that is not on your phone as you somehow managed to delete it (eg. uninstalling the game and not joining all)

if there is any other case you get a notification is a bug.
if u have found a bug please help me investigate by telling me
- alternative name (AOS/AOW/AOF)
- your username
- and you suspected game if u have any.
- also an image of your muliplayer games list.
- also an image of your "games that i am already in" list

I did have to redownload some maps because I had to reinstall from sometime last year. I'm not very sure if the games are still the way they are as I see them because I'm pretty sure my connection to the games had malfunctioned on some random instances.

yes, they are there until they get closed. or older than 2 weeks (except if it is your turn, than it is always there)
