Builders big issue IMPLEMENTED

I think this is a really big bug in AOWW

So many units in AOWW don't show most of their proper builder.

Like all infantry besides sniper and officer only shows Barracks as their "Builders" on their stats but it should have also included the TC.

This really causes so much confusion for me. I was trying to check units in game if they are ok like for example is the "Japanese Officer" which is still trainable on tc (A Bug) while it is indicated that it should just be on barracks and mega.

It became much harder to check if the units are properly only be available on their specific factory.
