Next up slot in production facility does not know the first slot

Next up slot in production facility does not know the first slot

A problem I encountered that is in all 3 variants is that while a tech is being researched in the "Next up" slot, you can't produce a unit that you would be able to after the tech is done researching.

Example: At a town center, you start to produce ballistics tech, and then you go to the next up slot. You can't produce a catapult, because the game says you need to have the ballistics tech. However, construction of a catapult will only begin once the tech is finished.

Does this make sense, or do I need to explain further?
