Lan WiFi to Lan Hotspot

Why not to put this some option that can connect to the other server without internet data. The Lan WiFi is the joiners and the Lan Hotspot is the server or who create a game. I want this because I like to play with my friends here through phone to phone without internet data. I hope you add this😁
