How to use condottiero?

I dont know how to sommun mercenaries with condottiero. Can someone explain it to me. I think it would be generally helpfull for new Players.

I think u need a number of mine carts/ money couriers equivalent to the cost of the summoned merc around condottiere to summon them
There is no place for false kings here, only those who proves themselves to b the true kings of legend, or serves under me

For I watch over this world looking for those worthy to become kings, and on the way get rid of the fakes and rule over the fools
