Batch (mass) oprations on images

We have faced tasks already that need to modify many eg. unit images and making it one-by-one is tedious.
what we needed so far
- upscaling images (eventually we can upscale AOS to be 64px)
- offset translate many unit images in AOW so they go up by 15 pixels (to fit on roads)


here is a few tool that looks good:
For resizing:
