But unfortunately I see 2 problems

-That could be rivalry with planned AoG

-Copyrights could ruin it

And additionally I got question:
How should fractions look like?
There is already a lot of factions in Imperium
While there are still Chaos and Xenos
In my opinion there would be:
-Imperium(whole)
-Chaos(whole)
-Xenos(separately)

There is only one faction in imperium, just many divisions etc... aka rip with units. Pretty much we will have to sort out the copyright and AoG, the difference is WH40k is more chaotic etc..
