Chat moderator rights

If you received a grant to be a chat moderator you can
- edit messages: modify unwanted harmful/racists entries by cinsoring the unwanted words
- warn: warn people on chat to behave in chat properly, and all offensive/harmful etc
- ban: if they do not stop doing it you can ban them from chat
- unban: also you can remove banning

if you have grant you have an extra button by which you can pick a line to modify/ban.

Edit messages EXTRAS:
- if you write "del" in the message than the whole message record will get deleted - use this to remove a complete line from the list.
