My idea is that there are packs of related units/structures/or techs that are voted to be implemented - a lot like the "warriors of the East" deal. Or maybe, Daniel, you won't like this and prefer to implement one single thing a month? Anyway let me know!
Cause I think it would be a cool idea.(example is Moat and Dam would be in the same voting pack)
