Chat problems

Why does the chat disallow symbols and stuff? They are totally needed. I do not understand how the message dialogue in triggers totally and freely allows it while the chat in multiplayer and map setup in map editor forbids it. I don't think forbidding this stuff is good for the game as it restricted many of the things in the keyboard.

I also have more regarding the chat.
* it ( the chat ) abuses the restrictions of "bad" words e.g. Badass, Gallowglass, Merry christmas. It doesn't allow you to add this "Bad" words in the chat. It prevents it.
* Chat cuts not very long messages. Couldn't it just prevent the player from typing instead of cutting the message off?? It is annoying when long messages are just cut of by the chat system like it was just nothing. What if it was important?? Or a long message that the player wants to say? Nonsense spam messages isn't common here in the community of the multiplayer so it is fine. It is more okay and safe if a trusted chat moderator is there.

It is because it filters a.s.s in each words as the word its self. But i don't understand why Christmas.

Yeah, this chat system is very strict. In all multiplayer games I played I think aos and its variants only has this super strict chat.

The title, also treated as a name, given to Jesus.
It is totally not a bad word.

Its because of the word cum? a short for orgasm... Though this should be already obvious. Completely arranged words like circumstances, Christmas, Bummer, Gallowglass, Badass etc shouldn't be forbidden.
