like concrete AA or artillery, but it will have AT weapon
most of stats like other concrete guns but it will have only 2 range, 10 damage
bonuses will be:
Vehicles: +150% (+15)
Non heavy tanks: +300% (+30)
Heavy tanks: +150% (+15)
Artillery: +50% (+5)
