Since Germany has guns factory, should other nations get one unique building each?

Hmmm, Soviet can get tank factories that will move (but they will have small hp)
For Japanese is big port (it will mend ships very fast)
For British is radar with very big sight and making range of concrete aa more
For Us it can be supply factory (it will produce supply trucks)
