There are no gates to place between walls, as is in Age of Strategy and Age of Fantasy, which allow units to pass through without having to leave a large gap in your defences.

There are gates in the game you can buy it in the upgrades section.

No because it is part of the wall. How about an ability where it can open, and let friendly and enemy units though, or be closed and let no one though.
