Hurricane and Spitfire issues

The spitfire and hurricane have some issues. First off, the Hurricane isn't a fighter-bomber, it's an interceptor, and second, I think the Spitfire and Hurricane should switch places, with the Hurricane being available early in the game.

the hurrican was supposed to be in the game earlier than the spitfire.
and yes in the beginning it was a pure interceptor. but later it was also used as a fighter-bomber, e.g. in the battles for africa.
