Destroyer balance IMPLEMENTED

The current destroyer has some imbalances in it but Ill go for this one for now.

Destroyer should survive atleast one hit of a cruiser to make the destroyer more worth. I mean, they should atleast have it or a good Dodge chance from the shells of it. They have 4 turn cost but low survivability. There's a reason for how they are more used than the cruiser IRLbesides being cheaper. In this game a cruiser would be more desirable because of the high dmg it cost to destroyers.

Or make destroyers current price to 3 turn. That way it is more acceptable as they can be more easy to mass produce.

we put no dodge in this game. i dont like randomness.
i thought 4 turn already much cheaper than 5-6 as cruisers - others? - what u think? Jasondunkel?

What I mean by Dodge is the thing like catapults in AOS, it will like hit any of the close tile but not the destroyer itself.

Yes, 4 turn is much cheaper. But it cruiser plus sub is way more cheaper as a fleet.

The most current build in naval fleet in this game are like battleships and cruiser are a must with just ONE destroyer plus a fleet of sub. Thats a desirable fleet here.
(I won't talk for carriers for now.
