The US used speedboats that had torpedo launchers and machine guns that were meant to destroy Japanese shipping and even larger ships like battleships and aircraft carriers! They were very hard to hit with normal naval guns. Torpedo boats were one of the reasons why Japanese soldiers faced equipment shortages, which contributed to their defeat in the Pacific.

That would be hard, there are many models, each one is unique. I say we just use default ones with just torpedoes and machine guns, maybe we could make a fun unit with an AT gun or a punt gun. A punt gun is basically a huge caliber shotgun mounted in a boat.

Japan actually had a boat with a tank cannon, might be fun to give tank stats to boats.
