Borgward B IV heavy Goliath

Borgward will be like Goliath, but without stealth ability and self killing, it's stats can be:
hp: same with pz1
armor: 1/0
speed: 3
range: 1
sight: 2
cost: 5
damage: 12
bonuses: same with panzershrek
abilities: 400kg explosives (deals 4 goliaths' damage)
