Half tracks are way too underused in this game.
Because of that. I want to suggest a buff.
First off is the removal of it's non-combat vehicle category. This would help it survive more thus increasing it's usability.
Second is the allowance of units inside it to attack. This would give it like a moving fortress idea. Something like a mobile tower in AOS but is weaker. To make this work, it should drop units inside it when destroyed and reduce the damage it takes from soldier.
Third is to make it have a damage that can 1-2 shot a Rus infantry (not specifically Rus infantry but just for hp reference).
I want to suggest things that would make this game more enjoyable as a player that played this game for a lot of time. Pls give it some thought or suggestions that could make this more viable.

I agree
The half tracks should be able to destroy infantry of every nation like a boss mg because the German half track had a mg42 on it so the damage should be the same
Especially because of the cost
The american half track also had many types of weapons one a cannon two a mg and three a anti air cannon
So yes I think there needs to be change in the half tracks or even upgrades

this is a anti tank half track that was used in ww2 by the U.S.A and U.K i think since germany has all the best tank that this truck can be used in the game. it should have 2 carry capacity 3 sight and 5 speed.

To make half-tracks more usable in the game, we need to lower it's cost. 4 turns is expensive for a transport unit that only carries one infantry unit, not to mention that the half-tracks are middling when it comes to fighting against enemy infantry. For balance purposes, we should keep the stats as they are right now and lower the cost to 3 turns. I think the choice between the transport trucks and the half-tracks will be easier for players if the cost is similar. At cost 3, the choice between producing either of the two units will be because of usage, not cost. On the other hand, if we add one more capacity slot to the half-track, It will be too close to the transport truck.
