"Pan-Pan" was an advanced[1] French reconnaissance 4x4 armoured car that was designed for the French Army Cavalry units before World War II. It had a crew of four[1] and was equipped with an effective 25 mm main armament and a 7.5 mm coaxial machine gun.[1] this would be a scout vehicle for the French unless there is something better. It has the same capabilities as the willy jeep but maybe a little more kick.

I'm trying so hard to think of things that people haven't thought of like night time and vehicles having light on and or off

The thing with the lights (and the day night cycle) is that it might not be possible.
In the other games they never do it, maybe its a technical factor of the game engine.

Then why can you chose for the map to be unexplored or fog??????????

The night and day cycle could be possible I guess, but it will be hard to encode. The "unexplored", " explored" is for fog of war not day and night.
