Early AA Vehicles [For Russians and Japaneses]

GAZ-AAA (4M) [Russians]:
• Description: "In the military, the GAZ trucks were used as tractors for gun systems, fuel tankers, radio system, and even armoured cars. By 1931, an anti-aircraft version was created as well, in order to give the Soviet Union a mobile anti-aircraft system to work with. The design had four Maxim Model 1910/30 machine guns installed on a mount on the truck. This configuration was called the 4M GAZ-AAA and served as a low-altitude air defence system after being adopted in 1931." (From War Thunder Wiki)
• Some damage to Low Altitude Planes, almost no damage to High Altitude Planes.
• No armour and low HP
• Moderate Speed

Isuzu Type 94 [Japaneses]:
• Description: "Army trials of the TU10 prototype started in July of 1933, consisting of six different tests in diverse terrains and weather conditions, spread out between July of 1933 and July of 1934. Following the completion of these tests, the type was officially adopted for use by the Imperial Japanese Army as the Type 94. Standardised sets of plans were drawn up by the Army Engineering Headquarters, and full scale production of the Type 94 started in 1937."

• No armour and low HP
• Moderate Speed
• Range: 4
