German Horse Transport

As they had a small industrial capacity, Germany stared the war with very few motorised transports. Therefore, horse-drawn wagons were somewhat common throughout the war. In this game it will have 2 carry capacity and cost 2 turns. Maybe it can cross water but with a large penalty in speed.

What are your thoughts?

Nice one. Like mules were used by US, Canada, GB, Italy and Germany for Transport threw mountaions and other hilly or extremely uneven terrains
