Actually not because they are supposed to be units that have been built in ww2 or were planned there on the attraction board like the rat

probably t54 was already in the plans, as it is out in production in 2 years after war.

Level 4 Industry must include Cold War stuff.And a setting to disable it maybe.It must be great.
