IS 3 (late- after war) IMPLEMENTED

As a proposal for the Russians. The IS 3 tank. Apparently he was still fighting against the Japanese. It should take a round or two longer to produce than the IS 2

It depends on which month he was serving in.

he built is in may of 1945, right before the Great Patriotic war ends. it could be in service against Japans, but I don't know

the IS 3 is still being used on the Japanese front, so it should be used

how I know from xlsx calculations, it will be like maus, but with 4 speed, I think it is still balanced because Russians have so weak air
