Looks cool.
Could you please explain under "Nations" what you mean by the "Partisan" Nation. I have a general idea of the meaning of the word but I don't understand the way you mean.

Patroid: i like this style very much! (somevhere else i alreaady wrote this)

But is have a suggestion in general:
- i think someone should make an image of a map with the new units on it, so we can see how eg. destroyer ships look with these soldiers together on one map.
- Since i fear that you all work hard on these images and if we do not see how they will look on terrain, or on the same map together, we will be sad to modify many existing unit design because eg. we decide that troops should be a few pixel smaller because of other units or something.

so i suggest that someone put all new unit designs onto one map image (as it would appear in game) so we can see how they grow, and how they look together.
(just a suggestion)

I found out that the germans dont have bazookas :D

So i made a panzerfaust unit.

american cloth color is not so good, but the image is not bad.
a little LEGO figure like tough.

the color is still too light to me, i remember american uniform as darker kekhi. am i wrong?

GI uniforms tended to be darker. Khaki was for 'Desert Storm' and stuff like that. But they change. (1800's was dark blue.)
